Getting Started
Check&Get is an explorer-like, user friendly, drag&drop bookmark manager that allow you to easily organize, catalog, and manage unlimited numbers of your favorite bookmarks.
As soon as you have Check&Get installed, start “Check&Get Options” dialog by clicking “File / Options” menu item to change Check&Get “General Settings”, “Connection Settings” and “Advanced Connection Settings”.
When you start Check&Get for the first time, there would be no any bookmarks. You have several ways to fill Check&Get with your bookmarks:

You can import your existing collection of bookmarks from MS Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator by selecting “File / Import Bookmarks” menu item. Then select browser you want to import bookmarks from and follow instructions on the screen.

You can manually enter your URL to create new bookmark by selecting “Bookmarks / New” menu item;

You can just copy the URL to the system clipboard and Check&Get bookmark creation dialog would be appeared in the screen, if this feature is enabled;
After you have some bookmarks in your Check&Get, set bookmark properties to them, such as Auto-check schedule and Check&Get Actions;
Select bookmark and click “Bookmarks / Check” menu item to check bookmark for changes manually or execute other “Bookmark operation”.
Double click or press <Enter> on the specified bookmark to open it in the external html browser configured in your system or drag and drop selected bookmarks from one folder to another.
You can view all “Changed” or “Invalid” bookmarks by selecting appropriate “Special Folder”.
If you'd like to publish your bookmark on the web to have the access to your bookmarks from any point of world share them with your friends, you can use "File / Convert to HTML" menu item. Check&Get will generate the single HTML file from your bookmark and you are able to send it by e-mail to anybody or place it to your web-site.
